BJP to Hold Statewide Booth Conferences in Uttar Pradesh Ahead of Assembly Elections

Lucknow: With preparations for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections gathering pace, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its organisational campaign by announcing statewide booth-level conferences on July 22. The exercise is aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots network and demonstrating its organisational strength across all Assembly constituencies.

The conferences will be held simultaneously in every Assembly segment of the state, bringing together booth-level office bearers and party workers under a unified campaign. Party leaders say the initiative is designed to energise the cadre, assess organisational preparedness and further consolidate the BJP’s booth management strategy.

As part of its outreach programme, the BJP is also compiling a booth-wise database of its 2.5 crore primary members to ensure direct engagement with every household and voter. Verification of organisational structures is currently underway from booth to mandal levels, with senior office-bearers visiting districts to review the functioning and activity of local units. Reports are being submitted to the state headquarters, and inactive office-bearers may be replaced to improve efficiency.

The party has instructed its workers to actively participate in all organisational campaigns while also reconnecting with former office-bearers to strengthen the network. Uttar Pradesh BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary and State General Secretary (Organisation) Dharampal Singh have been touring districts, holding meetings and emphasising the importance of robust booth-level organisation.

The July 22 booth conferences are expected to serve both as a show of organisational strength and a comprehensive assessment of the party’s election preparedness ahead of the crucial Assembly polls.
